Please do not attempt to repair items yourself as without doubt the level of success will be poor, and it will almost certainly result in more work for the studio and a higher repair cost.
Always carefully wrap all of the pieces in tissue paper, or clean wrapping material then bubble wrap. Place all damaged pieces and shards into plastic bags or envelopes, then take a sturdy box pad it out well place the damaged items in side, then take a further larger box, pad out yet again and proceed to double box the items.
Finally place your name address and telephone number in the box together with a list of the contents, then contact the studio for further details.
